Nope! Our drink identifiers are one-time-use wonders. Think of them like tiny superheroes: they
swoop in, save the party from drink confusion, and peace out like legends. Toss them when
you’re done, no hard feelings…and best of all, they’re eco-friendly!

Will they stick to anything?

Pretty much! Our labels get along with almost anything, especially smooth surfaces—disposable
water bottles, paper or plastic cups, and aluminum cans. If it's got a surface, we’ve got a label for it. Just make sure it's clean and dry when you apply. And oh, our labels cling like they mean it, so we recommend sticking to disposables (maybe don’t slap one on Grandma’s crystal goblet). That said, they will still look fabulous if you decide to personalize your reusable tumbler or mug.

How long does shipping take?

We know you’re eager to get your hands on our amazing drink lifesavers so you can say good-bye to label-less parties. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days total. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, complete with tracking info, so you can follow its journey from Botzi’s hands to your happy little drink.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet— Botzi doesn’t like to ship where he hasn’t traveled (he’s got standards), but the
good news is, he’s working on getting his passport. Once he's stamped and ready, we’ll be
heading your way. So hang tight—we see you, we love you, and we’re coming to YOU! ✈️

What if my order arrives damaged?

Yikes, that’s not cool. If your order shows up looking less than amazing, shoot us a message
within 14 days of delivery, along with your order number and a pic. We’ll fix it faster than you
can say “where’s my drink?”

Can I return unused labels?

Accepted Answer

We don't currently accept returns, since these are personal-use items—but if there’s a problem
with your order, we're always here to make it right. Happy customers are our love language.

Our in-house team of dreamers and SquidPixels, our wildly creative graphic design team.
Seriously, we’ve got a blast of talent behind every design because we partner with awesome
people. We make what we’d want to use at our own parties, so you know it’s got to be good.

Do these labels come in "large" print?

Our label designs started small (made to fit perfectly on disposable water bottle lids), but we get it, you love these fun designs as much as we do. Once Botzi works through his long launch list of to-do's, we plan to offer these same great designs in larger formats to make it easier for you to spot your drink.
